The principal component analysis (PCA) technique is to analyze eigenvector of variance-covariance or matrix correlation within a data. PCA can classify a data to become another component. The seismic data is used to monitor existence of steam injected into reservoir, it has exactly contaminated by steam effect. PCA technique is applied to separate steam effect from the seismic data. PC2 as the result of PCA analysis has been convinced as a component of data that avoided from steam effect.
