About the Journal

Focus and Scope
JECELIN publishes high-quality articles covering, but not limited to, the following areas: guidance and counseling, educational psychology, teaching and learning strategies, career counseling, counseling in schools and higher education, digital health and ICT in counseling, assessment and intervention models, and innovations in educational practice.

Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to JECELIN undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each submission is reviewed by at least two reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The review process emphasizes originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, and practical relevance.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Frequency
JECELIN is published twice a year, in June and December.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. Articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing others to share and adapt the work with appropriate attribution.
